Sometimes your email software blocks e-mails you want to get. Like… emails from us!

It can be really, really frustrating.

The good news is, with a few simple step, you can tell your email software to never put the emails we send you in the SPAM folder.

In most cases, all you have to do is add “[email protected]” to your contacts list. Below you will find simple instructions how to do just that on all popular email solutions. (Some of them require a few extra steps)

Gmail

If you find an email from us in your Gmail Promotions tab:

  1. Drag & Drop that email into the Primary Tab.
  2. After doing so, you will receive a yellow alert asking “Do this for future messages from [email protected]?”
  3. Click Yes
  4. The conversation will be moved to the “Primary” inbox
  5. You should receive our emails in your main inbox from here on in

If you can’t find an email from us, please check your Gmail Spam Folder.

If they don’t show up there, paste the following text into your Gmail search bar and press Enter:

FROM: [email protected]

Once you found an email from us (in SPAM or using search)

  1. Open the Email.
  2. Click the button on the toolbar labeled “Not spam”
  3. Click the drop down arrow next to “Reply” (in the upper right side the email from header.)
  4. Click the “Add to Contacts List” from the list that appears. (If this option does not appear, you probably have already added us to your contacts.)
  5. You should receive our emails from here on in

If you still can’t find an email from us:

  1. Click here to go to Gmail Contacts: https://contacts.google.com/
  2. Click on “Create Contact”
  3. Enter the following details:
    1. First Name: Nhan
    2. Last Name: Nguyen
    3. Email: [email protected]
  4. Click “Save”
  5. You should receive our emails from here on in

Gmail Mobile App

If you are using the Gmail Mobile App on your mobile device, please open the app now.

If you are using Gmail Tabs such as “Promotions”, open your Promotions tab in Gmail. If you do not find an email from us there, please check the Spam Folder.

When you find the email from us:

  1. Tap the menu icon – – top right.
  2. Then select “Move to.”
  3. Then select Primary from the list.
  4. You should receive our emails in your main inbox from here on in

Yahoo! Mail

Check your Spam Folder. If you see an email from us:

  1. Open the email.
  2. Click the “Not Spam button” on the top toolbar.

Next step (do this whether you found an email from us in step 1 or not)

  1. Move your mouse over or tap the Gear icon in the top right navigation bar.
  2. Select Settings from the list that drops down.
  3. Choose Filters located on the left side of the page.
  4. Click the Add button on the Filters page.
  5. Use “Nhan” as a name for the filter
  6. In the From field, leave the defaultcontains” selected.
  7. Enter [email protected] in the text box next to Contains…
  8. Choose the destination folder to which you would like the message delivered. For example: Inbox.
  9. Click Save
  10. You will see in the next screen “Deliver to Inbox if From contains [email protected]” – Click Save on this screen.
  11. You will be returned to your Yahoo! Inbox.
  12. You should receive our emails from here on in

iPhone Mail App

To indicate that an email message from us isn’t junk:

  1. Open your Mail app and go to the Mailboxes screen
  2. Scroll down to the folders area and select the Junk folder:
  3. Find the email from us and slide it left to see options:
  4. Tap the More button
  5. Tap the Mark button
  6. Tap the Mark as Not Junk button
  7. The message is moved to your Inbox.
  8. Subsequent email messages from us will no longer be marked as junk.

Outlook Mobile App

Open the mobile Outlook app on your Android, Microsoft or iPhone. Then open the email from us.

Then:

  1. Click the dropdown menu on the top right of your Inbox.
  2. On the menu displayed tap Move to Focused Inbox
  3. Select the Move this and all future messages button
  4. Tap Move
  5. Now all future messages from us will appear in your Focused Inbox

Outlook 2003, Outlook 2016 and Outlook Office 365

  1. Right click our email in your Inbox email list pane.
  2. On the menu displayed, move your mouse over (or tap) Junk
  3. Click on Never block sender in the menu that rolls out.
  4. The resulting popup will say: “The sender of the selected message has been added to your Safe Senders List.”
  5. Click OK
  6. Then, open our email.
  7. Right-click on the “From” address
  8. Choose Add to contacts
  9. You should receive our emails from here on in

Outlook.com, Hotmail, Live, Windows Live, and MSN

In the new Outlook.com you must manually add us to your Safe List:

  1. Click Gear the icon on the top right.
  2. Select Options in the drop down list.
  3. On the Options page, under Preventing junk email, click Safe and blocked senders
  4. Click Safe senders
  5. Enter [email protected] in the text box.
  6. Click Add to list
  7. You should receive our emails from here on in

Mozilla Thunderbird

Open your Thunderbird email client, then add us to your address book:

  1. Click the Address Book button.
  2. Make sure the Personal Address Book is highlighted.
  3. Click the New Contact button.
  4. Enter the following details:
    1. First Name: Nhan
    2. Last Name: Nguyen
    3. Email: [email protected]
  5. Click OK.

Norton AntiSpam

Step 1 – Removing us from Blocked Senders.

Norton 360:

  1. Start Norton 360
  2. Click Settings.
  3. In the Settings window, under Detailed Settings, click AntiSpam.
  4. On the Filter tab, next to Blocked List, click Configure.
  5. Check if [email protected] is on the list, and click Remove if it is.
  6. Click Apply, and then click OK.

Norton Internet Security:

  1. Start Norton Internet Security
  2. Click Settings.
  3. In the Settings window, on the Network tab, click Message Protection.
  4. Under AntiSpam, next to Blocked List, click Configure.
  5. Check if [email protected] is on the list, and click Remove if it is.
  6. Click Apply, and then click OK.

Step 2 – Adding us to your allowed list.

Norton 360:

  1. Start Norton 360
  2. Click Settings.
  3. In the Settings window, under Detailed Settings, click AntiSpam.
  4. On the Filter tab, next to Allowed List, click Configure.
  5. In the Allowed List window, click Add.
  6. In the Add Email Address window, add [email protected], and then click OK.
  7. Back In the Allowed List window, click Apply, and then click OK.

Norton Internet Security:

  1. Start Norton Internet Security
  2. Click Settings.
  3. In the Settings window, on the Network tab, click Message Protection.
  4. Under AntiSpam, next to Allowed List, click Configure.
  5. In the Allowed List window, click Add.
  6. In the Add Email Address window, add [email protected], and then click OK.
  7. Back In the Allowed List window, click Apply, and then click OK.
